@lefteris.eth did you figure out the best way? Also, what are the best safe/stable yield opportunities with stables that have more liquidity, e.g., USDC?

Guess safe and simple is just AAVE. But then you can provide liquidity in Balancer and then stake in AURA for a nice return. Or just in Curve and stake.

You end up in pools with USD stables too, but it's fairly stable.
