For all monerium EURe users ... what is the best safe/stable yield opportunities? According to defillama it's not much. Either gnosis chain aave with a ~1.8% or start mixing with others in various pools: https://defillama.com/yields?token=EURE

@lefteris.eth did you figure out the best way? Also, what are the best safe/stable yield opportunities with stables that have more liquidity, e.g., USDC? There is some exciting stuff we will be announcing soon at Monerium regarding liquidity.

It's only half EURe but I like the app.aura.finance/#/100/pool/18, basically a balancer pool EURe/sDAI with some extra yield

Does it have to be in EURe , or are you willing to swap to other EUR stables? Switching EURe to stEUR seems to be the 'safest' option is you want to avoid FX risk from USD stables, with yield floating in the single digits

Not sure, I use EURe mostly for crypto to fiat transfers. But there are so little bridging options to gnosis chain.

8% year on Curve EURe/USD pool(gnosisChain), low risk asset USDC, USDT and DAI. Only one smart contract, the Curve one. Your main risk is EUR/USD volatility.

Lending is probs the best anyone can do right now. If you want more yield, get Azuro or a perp dex to support EURe as token in the counterparty pool

Last I checked it, they were all lower than fiat funding rate. Not worth the SC risk imo
