Absolutely. Most of the suggestions both here and Twitter are indeed work related.

Though what i would like is to escape from work. And meet more people. As a single parent searching for new people also becomes hard because you are in a different "kind of life situation" than most.

I feel you we need more "non work" meetups in our circles! Every social gathering always ends in complaining about the industry or individual work situation
