Another bike>run workout, also known as a โbrickโ ๐งฑ in the triathlon world. Plan was for a moderately hard bike ride and then immediately transition to 2 fast miles of running, then slowly easing the next 3 miles. Happy with where I am for early January, but thereโs a long road ahead.
