- analyze commits: real code changes &gt; typo edits
- pr impact: measure lines changed vs. actual value
- peer validation: weight approvals from trusted maintainers.
- repo significance: prioritize…

So this type of algorithm is one of those things that feels simple to explain but very hard to build at scale. Let me try to sell my dream for this work.
