Rare photo of satellites in space! Astronaut Don Pettit took a photo of a group of Starlink satellites from the ISS. More precisely, the photos do not show the satellites themselves, but rather the flashes of light that they create for a few seconds, reflecting the light of the pre-sunset or pre-sunrise sun. These flashes stretch out into stripes in long-exposure photos. They can only be seen under certain conditions, and from orbit they appear very bright. To obtain this image, a series of photos with a 30-second exposure were combined.
