Hi Casters. I took a walk with a founder friend of mine yesterday afternoon and was reminded about how awesome walking meetings are. I feel like my mental state is vastly improved in a walking meeting vs a meeting sitting down.

Walking in the city is the best therapy, walking meetings are great. I had a great meeting in a Uber not long ago as well .. not the same as walking but different vibes for sure.. went to Brooklyn and back w moonroof open turned out to be very productive one
