That NFT is specific to the Octant SQF round at https://flowstate.network/octant. It's basically our Sybil check for quadratic matching eligibility. With that NFT, you can now open a direct donation stream in the round to Farcastle & get matched up to x112(!) (and/or open streams to any of the other great grantees).

If you're trying to vote in the snapshot poll going on right now with Octant, the NFT you are referring to is for a completely different program. The only way to be eligible for the snapshot poll is to have $GLM locked into Octant.app
