Theater is closer to Life than Film: You are aware that what you are seeing in front of you is precious and will never occur again. You are aware of the off chance — however remote — that something totally unplanned can happen.

U are soo dramatic @tldr (joking 🤣) The drama and emotions are real on theater. There’s no cut and do overs like film 🎭 My first play was Lions King for my daughter 8th grade graduation gift. I’ll never forget the opening scene. We’ve seen countless plays since, I must admit I got spoiled by her student discounts and now I don’t really like going to theater unless I have excellent seats 🎭 Last summer saw my dear friend @king-nyeke play Macbeth at the Castle Clinton National Monument directed by Alec Baldwin & Geoffrey Horne and I was mind blown at the amount of lines he needed to remember! I mean I can’t remember what I had for breakfast Monday 😎

actors' memorization ability is remarkable. from what I understand, it's a muscle they "train"
