Uber rides time within the congestion area have drop over 40% easily and that’s a big deal in savings. Uber & lift winning

Yes, it does, there’s a surcharge for the congestion prices but because lack of traffic time is cut by 40% so at end it comes out cheaper than before. That’s my experience with my own traffic patterns & travel times
