then I'm like "oh that's dehumanising" but isn't doomscrolling just going through another, less meaningful list?

My problem is that I am never satisfied with the platform I list.

I've used this year notes, notebook, google agenda, outlook, trello and notion.

Last year I've also used asana, clickidktherest and excel.
It's tiring to be in my mind
