When designing jerseys, one should be really careful about excess of patterns AND textures.

This new Real Madrid shirt would be a masterpiece if there was no texture making it look like pajamas.  The white shirt looks terrible in person too.

I also don't think this Lille 24/25 shirt is going places..

I think this advice goes for everything. Avoid too many elements.
