4/300 what's your goal for this year? i'm aiming at 300 workouts including weekend runs and longer than 30 min other sports matches. This means i'll rest almost (but not all) sundays 馃敟 last year i worked out 280 days.

280 is already very good! I don鈥檛 have a goal. But I exercise 5 to 6 days a week usually. Maybe my goal is to keep it.
