progress doesn't come for free, but work always show up if you have enough commitment. left is current right is one month ago no restrictive diet at all surprisingly, +2kg. But of muscles. 馃挭馃徎

wow you're fast, really impressive! it took me a little over a month, and at the start, I also gained some weight but got fitter and in better shape too.

thank you! I started this year rlly overweight but i worked out for like 5 months, then had a knee issue and i'm just back i'm genetically gifted when it comes to muscular composition but this was the fastest time in 12 years for such a result! I'm also surprised And we shouldn't care about weight so much since it doesn't split between fat/muscles, i think very soon we're gonna retire our scales and substitute them for something better

Absolutely spot on! Scales don't tell the full story at all, muscle mass, body fat percentage, stamina etc. Hope you get the best results.
