gotcha, good for you! but what added value does farcaster actually provide with eigenlayer and degen airdrops? Like, the money you got came from the airdrops, farcaster made the process of getting it smoother, and provided greater reach. but where does the added value of farcaster then come from?

haha no worries, bring it on! I definitely disagree that 20k/dau is fair value, but proof is in the pudding, so lets see where farcaster takes it! your farcaster income, is that with moxie, or another way?

1. threads does not relay their server info (./nodeinfo), so it is not included in the MAU. the top accounts you see are the threads account that have turned on federation, but the follower count is the total count of all (nonfederated) threads accounts who follow it. Around 25k Threads account have turned on federation, its pretty small. 2. https://bskycharts.edavis.dev/edavis.dev/bskycharts.edavis.dev/bsky_users_total.html the MAU numbers just peaked and dropped due to the massive signup wave from brazil, and you always get a signficaint portion of people who will try and not stick around. Think itll even out somewhere above 3M MAU

The news of Bluesky and the fediverse of the last 2 weeks, summarised with the most relevant points for Farcaster: - Meta degrades their fediverse integration, delaying posts by 15 mins before they get send over to the rest of the fediverse - Swiss government shuts down their mastodon server due to lack of engagement - A new foundation for the fediverse launches. It is supported by quite some prominent organisations in the fediverse, including Meta. Many independent fedi developers are pretty pissed off about this however, due to Meta's participation - the temporary DID system for Bluesky is now permanent as DID:Public Ledger of Credentials, paving the way for the next step in decentralised identity management on atproto links in next post
