Not entirely sure why Treasury Secretary is a goal for the crypto community. At the end of the day they are tasked with managing liquidity of bills+bonds, so naturally they should hate crypto. No CEO would market and sell another stock asset since they want you to buy their stocks. Couple this with FATF and other NatSec goals like trying to stop financing to states that are enemies of the West, I wouldn't expect any Treasury Secretary to ever be pro crypto while in the seat.
