Important note: The outcome over which people should be betting is not whether a team will or won’t get a grant, but whether they will deliver all milestones and outcomes described in their proposal. And yes, the goal would be for people to be able to make money betting on this.

so bullish, been tinkering with this for some time. let's call it the 'commitment market', a special type of prediction market that incentivizes 'commitment' to deliviring certain milestones / KPIs through a set of programmable incentives.

We should chat! The commitment market though sounds as is who's putting the money is the potential grantee, is that the case? Or am I getting it wrong? :)
