like everything else with nouns, profitability lives and dies with structure. we have to create systems that let partners support, participate ($), and make it easier and more reliable. the model is simple (and we have almost had it before): nouns + budweiser, but maintained. trusted partners acting as onchain collaborators. the dao develops ideas that help partners participate, partners co-fund and co-execute, and the brand grows without losing what makes it unique. it is not just about landing partnerships, it is about keeping them alive. right now, i do not trust the current state of the dao or feel comfortable walking partners in unless maintained by cares. the first client we brought to nouns was liquid death, and we ended up losing the business because a dao member we paid and flew into eth denver never delivered the content they promised their team. current members do not know how to maintain partnerships or deliver at the level brands expect. if we get this right, the opportunities are endless.

Provide proof that it was aligned for me to make content for liquid death and I’m happy to take the blame and hit for it. Can be publicly, I don’t mind, if I f‘d up to own it.

If this wasn’t true, why have you apologized to me for failing to deliver on more than 4 separate occasions? We all remember who the photo and coverage person was, correct? @nounishprof @toadyhawk.eth @peterpandam @sasquatch @wmw There was never a shortage of requests or reminders for support. You offered no solutions, no collaboration, and no follow-through, and even gatekept the Telegram channel that was supposed to help organize it. Also, I love how all of your responses and excuses disappeared from the discord 🫡✨

I apologized because in hindsight I could’ve paid more attention it and capture something. But the reality was that it wasn’t aligned prior to the event. These messages were requests after the event, yes. Before the event there was no alignment on what you needed and you fully managed the partnership. Not sure which messages disappeared though. What’s missing?

we communicated clearly before and after the potential of this partnership. you stalled by saying you were in transit, but promised things were coming (they never came) and after the 10th or so ask, we got the flattest excuse possible. i don’t want to rehash and pull more receipts because most of the dao knows the story + how this was one of the bigger sticking points i made to nouncil for weeks afterward. the prop and execution were a complete fail. we had to pull together the venue and structure at the eleventh hour, and the whole thing was a mess from top to bottom. we brought in hands and relationships that we lost because of our lack of ability to deliver. i’m over pandering to the pretender side of the dao. we can agree to disagree on when things started, stopped, or were communicated, but the results spoke for themselves.
