One year post the coffee shop prop, I'm struggling to see how people in the nouns community are still confident this is a successful prop. I've asked questions a few times and its ignored, @thepark And @drewcoffman.eth post a noggle stamp cup and the nouns community high five each other. Our history is filled with delayed outcomes = bad results why is this any different? I’m extremely doubtful they are willing buyers at this point.

hey there, we have an LOI from a space being reviewed by our lawyer right now, to be sent back to the landlord shortly

physical spaces take time. we’ve never stopped searching for a spot but are unwilling to put Noun in a precarious position where we cannot pay rent (and i don’t think the DAO would appreciate a coffee shop that closes within a year either).

we’ve looked at a TON of spaces and submitted / rejected multiple LOI’s, so i’m not sure what you’re talking about

we’ve most recently been engaged with two spaces and had two LOIs out

this is with one of the two, which accepted a proposal on our end that would give us much more favorable rent
