Exactly. What matters is how the agreements are tailored to suit the client’s (or parties’) specific needs and the situation. 
Lawyers are tailors, and you really don’t to wear off-the-rack.

Totally agree. Adding to that, I think it’s also knowing when you DON’T need to deviate. 

Clients aren’t paying us to lawyer things to death. They’re paying to get a deal done with the risks either being mitigated or at least known & accepted

The forms themselves aren’t the secret sauce. Knowing what, when, and how to deviate from the forms is what lawyers (should) get paid for.

And if you look again, there’s a few other things in that folder also, just not full provisions. 

There’s more context to them on the other app, but one is an anti-snipe contract provision to deal with things like the Libra/Hayden drama, and another is a side letter clause so if a company is reincorporates out of Delaware to a place like TX or NV, investors can keep the “fairness opinion” rights that they have under Delaware law that the other states don’t seem to have
