Not really sure how where I work is relevant? And if you look again, there’s a few other things in that folder also, just not full provisions. There’s more context to them on the other app, but one is an anti-snipe contract provision to deal with things like the Libra/Hayden drama, and another is a side letter clause so if a company is reincorporates out of Delaware to a place like TX or NV, investors can keep the “fairness opinion” rights that they have under Delaware law that the other states don’t seem to have
