How do you make friends as an adult?
Sometimes I feel sad that there are no close people around.

I've made some close friends online through shared hobbies. Some of them I even went to visit in another city/region of the country.

And I've also made a number of friends in my own city when I sold hobby related items (videogames) on a bulletin board site 😅

Wow, that's great! Thanks to your comment, I have more confidence that making friends is realistic as an adult. It's especially valuable to have friends in another city, as it's not easy to keep in touch from a distance
