people hate on builders that stay focused on one product for years but praise teams that hop from trend to trend.

its a weird paradox. feels like teams that chase trends get applauded for being adaptive and trendsetting while the ones who stay locked in get dismissed for moving…

Unironically I blame emerging fund managers. They’re optimizing for their own jobs - need write ups and TVPI, but don’t care about the actual half future.

you probably don’t think about liquidity enough // it is what it is  // build value, not valuation
