Well said.  Think there will be a lot of  M&A at reduced valuations that still returns investor capital based on liquidity preference.

Tbh late early stage or early growth investors that can write vicious P2P or liquidation prefs are gonna come out on top here. 

Find the blood in the water and feast on quick sell outs.
