Anyone here use Athyltic? It was pitched as a Whoop replacement for Apple Watch users. 

Saw some new charts and it aligned well with my training blocks.

I actually don't use Athlytic for workout tracking - I track heart rate from the default Watch workouts.

I track actually training data (sets, reps) inside https://www.strong.app/ which I plan to make a post about later!

grow companies + now ???!!! + prev module(acq.) & more :)


The way I understand Athlytic is that it can just read from a variety of sources & is providing the synthesis (which I find valuable - it's paid).

are you able to load in custom workout plans?
