kinda worried about this too. if big companies start throttling through ISPs, it could mess up access for smaller sites and creators. feels like it could really stifle innovation and limit what we get to see online. let's hope there's some regulation to keep it in check!

I love how friendly people in Argentina are to noobs trying to learn Spanish. If they notice that you "habla un poco" they speak more slowly, use individual English words as needed if you don't understand, but don't just give up and use English for the whole conversation. I wish people in more countries did this.
