I am drawn to shooting nature — landscapes, macro flowers, and birds. I have struggled with depression since adolescence and actively forcing myself to get outside to find the magic and beauty in the world around me has very literally kept me alive for the last few decades.  

I also love photographing people, specifically the people that I love enjoying themselves in the moment. I am the family photographer, the friend group photographer, and everyone’s default local historian.

If there is a dispute about who attended which party when, or what year some ex boyfriend showed up at someone’s dad’s lake house, my Google Photos back catalog will immediately settle it.
