We thought hard about being a @moxie.eth Hero this week and how we'll celebrate that. Introducing Pkok Finterviews - Cast-form farcaster interviews, 20 questions to some of our favorite people. We aim to tell stories of phenomenal individuals shaping the art ecosystem on web3. It's also a great way for us and other heroes to get to know and engage with them. Oh! each interview starts with /degen love. But wait, there's more! These Finterviews are not restricted to only those we tag. Masterpiece is something unattainable. Its objective perfection that you always strive for, but can never reach. But you wouldn't want to reach it, because then the fun would be over.

Hmmm.... The photography of an experience. I shoot nature, flowers, birds, landscapes, and people, edit them minimally and try to capture and present my experience of reality.

It started when I was 4. I asked for a camera for Christmas. It started as more of a compulsion to document things. I noticed that everything changed so quickly and you didn't get to keep moments and that stressed me out. When I was in my teens, I started learning how to capture those moments in an aesthetically pleasing way.

My maternal grandfather and paternal grandfather were both photographers, so they both gave me tips here and there as a child. They had both passed by the time I got serious about it. I mostly taught myself by reading photography books.

For how long are you 'serious about it'? Also how has your art evolved over the years, and what has stayed consistent?

Since 2008 I would say, so 16 years. I have carried a camera pretty much at all times since 2002, but 2008 is when I got a DSLR and started learning the Exposure triangle and the rules of composition and all that jazz. Over the years it has become more intentional. It started as me bringing my camera every where and just shooting what I saw. Nowadays, I plan vacations and day trips around what I hope to shoot, so the driving force has flipped.

I want people to see that there are beautiful things in the world. And that it's worth staying alive to look for that beauty and those moments of joy despite all the pain and ugliness and boredom that surrounds us most of the time.

Oh wow, thank you! Um... it's had its ups and downs. It's been a great way to connect with friends, make new friends, share my art, and discover new art, However, degen and moxie made it overwhelming. I was inundated with replies from farmers. For while there it was normal to close the app for an hour or so and come back to 300 or 400 notifications. When I went back to work, I couldn't handle it, so I just stopped for a while. Recently, I started missing my friends, so I gave myself permission to block the people who were spamming me with 40 or 50 "wow", "cool", "why don't you replyke?!" comments, and I'm starting to enjoy connecting with people here again.
