mandated that ByteDance, TikTok's parent company, divest its U.S. operations by January 19, 2025 or ban hammer. Tiktok challenged the law. The Supreme Court agreed to hear the case on January 10 with a decision before the January 19 deadline. Court is expected to tell them to kick rocks.
