I've reduced a lot of weight over the last year NOT eating so much bread... That's been beneficial alone. Regarding Celiac's it's great seeing awareness from the benefits of gluten free are finally getting more and more options food options (my wife is a chef, she says it's a lot easier to cater to food restrictions nowadays)

Omg are you a celiac girly? My niece is and sheβs coming to visit me in spain this summer so Iβve been really into researching. Spain has a famous town thatβs totally gluten free (all of the bakeries, bars and cafes) and every restaurant has a celiac menu. Itβs famous! Spain is really great at labeling and has so many gf options everywhere.
