Again, if there's no Onchain products that are limited by L2, and the ecosystem token (which won't be used to pay ecosystem fees) is launching on L2, why L3?

All onchain products can be on L2, utilize $onchain staking, benefit from Base DeFi, and still distribute rewards to participants.
