If you were told you if you keep your heart rate under 120 at all times then you will likely live an extra 10 to 15 years, is it worth it worth the experiences you give up? https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/wellness/if-the-secret-to-living-forever-is-a-boring-life-is-it-really-worth-it/ar-BB1lj4dL

Your question doesn't make sense. You should aim to raise your heart rate to zone 5 (> 159 BPM) for at least 1 hr a week for optimal health. What you really give up is unhealthy shit that makes you feel bad. The healthier you are the more exciting life gets, the more cool experiences you can have.

you're missing the gist of the article and the fact we are talking a hypothetical here. If you're focusing on longevity (longer life), exactly where is the line in what you will do to achieve it, and at what point do you separate yourself from a life worth living?
