Network States

People who are interested in living in a long-term network state node (so, permanent location, not popup), what are some properties that you would like such a node to have?

1. Affordable to people with low income
2. Utility of housing, public spaces etc. should be prioritized over fancy stuff
3. Have coworking / colearning spaces 
4. Have a facility to get medical assistance
5. A place to do sports (just a simple gym inside and outside with focus on group sports activities)
6. Community cooking place
7. Community members can start a business and receive help from the community (advice / investment) in an organized way
8. Convenient transportation to a nearby residential area outside the community
9. Places where people can go out to meet other members of the community (cafes with board games, meetups, places to read and discuss books together etc.)
