@ethereum has 3 major upgrades: 1) The Merge ✅ 2) Dencun (EIP-4844) ✅ 3) Verkle Trees ⏳ All other changes are incremental improvements (e.g. single-slot finality). Verkle trees will make Ethereum stateless, reducing storage requirements & improving scalability.

Someone saying they work in Web3 =/= they know what they're talking about. The proportion of people that truly understand the space and are good actors is significantly lesser.

I agree, CoinBase is doing everything right, and with their huge user base it's only a matter of time before they provide a Web2 experience with Web3 on the backend. If anyone can pull it off, they can.
