20mg of Melatonin every night and I still wake up before 5 am every day. Any non-narcotic tips on sleeping until a normal hour?

the falling asleep isn't the issue -- it's the staying asleep lol. if i wake up at like 2 am, sure some tricks will help me drift back to sleep. but if i wake up at 430am it becomes a zero sum game. i am awake at that point for the day.
