Today is Women’s Day. Personally, I don’t like these kinds of special dates—every day should be Women’s Day. Still, I think these reminders are necessary.

It’s impressive to see how women still earn less than men in the same positions, with the same qualifications (or even more). Women still have to do double duty and be the main caretakers of children and the household. This is just the beginning of a list of inequalities that we all know about, but few are doing something to change it.

This environment often produces competition among women, which makes everything worse.

Today, my message is simple: together we are stronger. Let’s help and support each other. If we drive change, society will have to adapt.
