If you break into our country illegally, you shouldn't get to drain taxpayer funds and drag it all through the court system just to ultimately get deported anyway, that's insane, and makes no sense whatsoever

This is such a bad take. To assume that anyone, even non citizens don't deserve to challenge their unlawful detention by the government means there is now an allowed class to illegally detain that allows for anyone to be detained and/or worse without any recourse to challenge it.

Now any citizen can be accused of being an illegal, whisked away to a black site and told there can be no trial for national security reasons. 

If you ever are fine saying parts of the constitution shouldn't count for certain people, you better be fine giving up that right for yourself. I hope more people are willing to stand up for habeas corpus, or our justice system will be null and void. And others aren't so willing to give it away to punish the villian of the week.
