If you break into our country illegally, you shouldn't get to drain taxpayer funds and drag it all through the court system just to ultimately get deported anyway, that's insane, and makes no sense whatsoever Clickbait headline

This is such a bad take. To assume that anyone, even non citizens don't deserve to challenge their unlawful detention by the government means there is now an allowed class to illegally detain that allows for anyone to be detained and/or worse without any recourse to challenge it.
