Death of the environment and jobs earning under 50k...for....what? Nice condos for loser techie hivemind social activists who hate the people they're replacing? I would support gentrification more if it prioritized wiping out the hood instead of working family homes.

Then you rag on social activists, just like you were doing at the start of your tweet. Okay this is a p. Dumb take. Then you go from 10mph to 120 by saying "gentrification won't be that bad if they go after minority neighborhoods." Which makes you a racist and hypocrite. 2/2.

You have to look up the actual stats of what pay-levels of people are being kicked out of Austin. Then, look at what the new median incomes and sector of work new arrivals have. Most are making over $150k individually and are working in tech (which is broad).
