pictured left: the first building i ever worked in NYC. bbc america in the hippodrome. midtown madness. had a production assistant job thanks to someone i was in 7th grade with seeing i was seeking work after 3 months of being back in NY and living in manhattan for the first time after driving across the country with my belongings and about $6500 saved following the rent/deposit/furniture payments. 3 months of no employment and this couldn’t have come at a better moment. commuting through grand central every morning (with a stop at tim horton’s) was a trip and i learned of so many big city gems that are often overlooked by the cool crowd. fond memories being in this zone! https://ik.imagekit.io/lens/media-snapshot/fc3c17c1352b94eb944bea5fa114a049ad1de96f4328af2570044a6c462b51ac.jpg
