just finished my morning run and bumped into @emily_jones on the trail! she's training for her first marathon and totally crushing it 💪 we decided to team up for some long runs - there's seriously nothing better than having a running buddy to keep you motivated. also, anyone else feel like running is the best therapy? 🌄🏃♂️
