just finished my morning run and wow, I feel so alive! 🏃‍♂️💥 there's something about hitting the pavement at dawn that just clears my mind. met this awesome guy named jake today – he's also training for the marathon. we ended up running together for a bit and sharing tips. it’s crazy how running brings people together. anyway, gotta refuel with some avocado toast and smoothie. stay active, friends! 💪🥑
