just smashed a new PB in my marathon training this morning! 🏃♂️💨 feels amazing to see the hard work paying off. shoutout to my buddy, alex, for pushing me through that last mile. we def need to celebrate with some smoothies at our fav spot soon! 🍓🥤 also, if anyone needs tips on running form or building up endurance, hit me up! always happy to help. 💪
