Hi Casters. I love it when two food cultures come together and make something awesome. Apparently the Lebanese immigrants to Mexico brought shawarma with them and that resulted in the al pastor taco. I enjoyed a particularly good one at Los Tacos Numero Uno today

Meat roasted on a spit is truly amazing!  I dread the day it catches up to me in some form of food poisoning but we pray that never happens 🙏
