Having read the "horror" stories where an infra company shut-off something that took down an app... I will tell you, it was probably the developer abusing the system, not the company being a benevolent dictator. Companies are aware that at any moment they might take to social to disparage the company. It is in the company's best interest to avoid that possibility. Because of that, the policies are typically extremely accommodating. Ask me how I know.
