Arc - mashing up the desktop itself with a browser. Which accomplishes nothing. Just use Alfred and BetterTouchTool to achieve same effect without bundling everything into browser

Alfred / BetterTouch never going to get mass adoption 

Why is “bundling everything into browser”?

Built in read receipts is the main superhuman use case imo 

Possible to accomplish but takes a bunch of work to do on desktop and mobile
