I am pausing my activity on Warpcast for the foreseeable future due to the current issue with large number of bots.

Recent posts over the past few months have received hundreds of likes and recasts coming mostly from bots.

Looked through the replies on this one and it’s probably 90% people I know. Bot/spam activity has improved tremendously over the past 6 months so I’m definitely not seeing this. BUT my guess is his account might be a target. 

But also — I only saw 2 mean comments. What’s the mean comment/troll ratio compared to Twitter? Pretty sure we’re doing 100x better here.

fwiw there's no incentive for bots to farm zach as there wont be an airdrop doing that

hard agree that it actually helps, and i don't think that its mostly bots as well

200-300 likes for zach is normal if you'd ask me, i personally like/recast his casts whenever i see it since its a really good public good and i think others are incentivized to do the same

And realize he’s talking about likes & recasts which I suppose it’s possible there are bots set to do this on his account. Which btw actually helps his account and doesn’t help the bots at all. Looking through replies those, very few bots. 

Seems odd to be like “bye — too many bots pumping my casts” but ok. He really doesn’t interact anyway so not a big loss. Can just follow his tg.
