How is the $DOTTO token integrated into the platform/fees?

Few issues I see that prevent this becoming big:

- 100k fixed supply for every token is way too low. Needs to be 1B+ if it’s a fixed supply for every token

-20% sell tax is too high 

- 10% to creator is too high; should be 5% or less
