Seeing ~100k TPS claimed performance charts by some L2 teams shared on Twitter hailed as performance makes me even more interested in seeing Quilibrium come together. For context Quilibrium isn't built to be a blockchain, it's built to replace AWS. That's a big difference in what traffic you design for. Yep, yep & it overshadows all the great works of the team shipping, upgrades, etc…. because if you mined at 1c or virtually nothing, u r still making a min +6x with the price at 6… also got no clarity on how much tokens are sitting with miners

I think this is the biggest structural issue at the moment, there is no clear visibility of costs of mining… (which tends to be used as a framework for the floor price of a protocol)… have seen everything from 80c to $1… to folks saying some people virtually mnged to mine for free… A big reset is needed here imho

Shipped this week on /quilibrium: - Initial release of public beta of Quorum, our E2EE and P2P alternative to Discord (why Q was originally built in the first place!) - Probably the reason you saw a bunch of casts with a long string of letters starting with Qm - Launched with one of my favorite ads I've made so far: https://x.com/QuilibriumInc/status/1871465836789346539 - Milestone 2/3 next up for testnet, though Quorum is already testing some of this now

I don't think TradFi (& centralized) routes of financing have ever made sense (VCs, Banks, IPOs) when I look back... The same VCs who are now asking for financials & fundamentals, whilst squeezing builders on terms... were the exact same ones that were giving them blank cheques in 2020 & 2021... ...so the vast majority of them are just regime extensions. 99.9% of them don't fully get the space they are supposed to cover, let alone the venture they are reviewing... & that's magnified in crypto (i.e. listing teams tend to have young folks who've never built anything, they wouldn't know a good thing if it punched them in the face) Its not to say, there are not some great, smart & well intentioned folks... just think its stale financing 1.0... The thing about what you & the dream team at Quilibrium are building⚒️ , is for some people it is way more imp. ✨ than any ppt slide... or excel valuation projections... Just decentralize it... tap The Hive🐝 ... it can still be EQ focused...
