I've old wallet that has only private key, not seed phrase/mnemonic - how to get mnemonic from this private key?

I've tried doing it with ethers.js but I'm getting wrong wallet. Not sure what to use for the entropy (I've tried sha256 hash). 

It was created on myetherwallet.com

I’m a builder looking for the next challenge. 

If what you have now is just a private key, you can’t get the seed phrase. Am i understanding your question correctly?
